The Holiday Inn Hotel will provide Lakeland 50th High School Reunion with the following Room Type(s) and Rate(s) as follows:

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check in.  Each room is based on Single/Double Occupancy. 

If we need more rooms they will provide them, subject to availability.  Additionally there is a block of five (5) rooms available October 15-20, per the request of classmates planning on staying in the area a bit longer.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Please note the hotel’s check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.  

Any individual group reservations must be cancelled by 48 Hours prior to arrival, in order to avoid a no-show charge of one night’s room and tax. 

ROOM BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

Individual pays own room, tax and incidentals.

RELEASE DATES /CUTOFF DATES

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 09/18/2015.  On the Release Date/Cut-off Date all unreserved rooms will be released for general sale at prevailing rates. 

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS –All Reservations must be Guaranteed by Credit Card

All reservations will be made on an individual basis by 09/18/2015.  Reservations can be made by calling 914-241-2600 referencing the Group Booking code ‘LLR’.  Any rooms not secured by this date will be released from the block and sold at prevailing rates. 

Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.  Reservation requests received after the release date/cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only and at prevailing rates.
